Relevant experience

Muntaha joined RM Legal in January 2011. Before she started to deal with Residential and Commercial Properties, she gained experience in Civil Ligation including Bankruptcy Proceedings, Immigration, Personal Injury and Debt Recovery.

Muntaha is an experienced Solicitor in all aspects of Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, including but not limited to, Sales and Purchases for freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, Deeds of Variation and Rectification, Drafting of Leases & Assignment of Lease, Share Purchase Agreement, Company Sale and Purchase, Declarations of Trust, Reconstruction of Titles, Transfers of Part, Legal Charges (both personal and matrimonial), Shared Ownership, Auction Sale and Purchase, Independent Legal Advice, Equity Release Mortgages, Help to Buy ISAs and Help to Buy Mortgages.

Muntaha always aims to provide an outstanding quality of service to her clients at a cost that provides excellent value. She is able to deal with matters of a complex nature by using her experience and knowledge of Property Law.
