Mark Pugh is a litigation executive (paralegal) in the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Employment, Insolvency practice group. He deals with all aspects of civil and commercial dispute resolution & insolvency matters.
 

Relevant experience

Mark has worked in the legal profession since 1994. He has gained substantial experience at a number of local firms and at RM Legal Solicitors. Mark deals with applications for injunctive relief, security for costs, summary judgement, striking out, re-instate proceedings, insolvency proceedings, set aside judgements and for lifting warrants of possession.

Mark works within a team in the dispute resolution department and deals with claimant and defendant work acting for companies and individuals. This includes boundary disputes, building and surveyors’ negligence, general commercial disputes including contract, debt recovery, return of goods, money judgement, possession, passing off, breach of Trade Mark, copyright infringement, insolvency, winding up actions, validation orders, statutory demands, minority shareholder disputes and partnership disputes.
