eith Fensome is a Solicitor and Partner in RM Legal’s Private Client practice group. He specialises in all forms of private client work.
 

Relevant experience

After serving as a British Army Officer and Commando, with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan & Kosovo, Keith retrained as a Solicitor, qualifying in 2016. Having trained with a local firm in Hampshire, he quickly rose from the position of a Trainee Solicitor, to qualify as a Solicitor, to Head of their Private Client Department in 2017, holding this position until he moved to RM Legal in 2021.

Keith’s work encompasses the full spectrum of Private Client matters. He is experienced in the preparation of wills, the administration of estates (probate) and trusts, and estate planning. Keith acts as a professional Attorney and Deputy for a number of clients and undertakes a range of Lasting Power of Attorney, Deputyship and Court of Protection work.

  • Bachelor of Laws - LLB(Hons) - 2014
  • Admitted as a Solicitor in England & Wales - 2016
