Relevant experience
After serving as a British Army Officer and Commando, with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan & Kosovo, Keith retrained as a Solicitor, qualifying in 2016. Having trained with a local firm in Hampshire, he quickly rose from the position of a Trainee Solicitor, to qualify as a Solicitor, to Head of their Private Client Department in 2017, holding this position until he moved to RM Legal in 2021.
Keith’s work encompasses the full spectrum of Private Client matters. He is experienced in the preparation of wills, the administration of estates (probate) and trusts, and estate planning. Keith acts as a professional Attorney and Deputy for a number of clients and undertakes a range of Lasting Power of Attorney, Deputyship and Court of Protection work.
Keith is a Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), holding the TEP designation. Whilst undertaking his STEP qualifying examinations, Keith secured a Worldwide Excellence Award after securing the highest score in his Administration of Estates course.
Keith is a Full Accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a member of the Law Society’s Private Client Section.
