Jojar Singh

Jojar Singh is a partner in RM Legal Solicitors’ Property practice group. He specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial property.

 

Jojar qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and having worked at a number of local firms and has accumulated many years of experience in dealing with all types of property conveyancing, option contracts, land development, leases, enfranchisement, shared-ownership, staircasing transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, help to buy, right to buy, auctions, SIPP purchases and refinancing work. Jojar has a substantial following of clients that include local land developers, investors and property portfolio owners.

Jojar has particular expertise in residential property transactions but his work covers the full breadth of property acquisition, leases and sales.

Residential & Commercial Property

Jojar runs a very active residential property caseload in the practice. He has acted for the sellers or the buyers of some of the highest value properties that have come up for sale in Chilworth, Basset, Romsey, New Forest and Chandlers Ford and across Hampshire.

Business & Community Work

Jojar is very active in the local business community. He was the Chairman of the Hampshire Chamber Asian Network; Chairman and Co-Founder of the Chilworth Business Network and a Non-Executive Director to a number of property investment and construction companies.

In 2013, Jojar was awarded an Honorary Masters of Law Degree (LLM) from Southampton Solent University for his work in legal practice, the local business community and with the University.

In 2015, Jojar was Keynote Speaker at Southampton Solent University's Solent eXchange event which was held for over 200 staff members. He opened the event and shared his experiences of life in education, private practice and explained how the two are interlinked.
