Relevant experience
Fazle previously worked for several firms of solicitors, including a Legal 500 firm, based in London since 2010.
He is highly experienced in dealing with skilled worker applications and sponsorship licensing applications for various sectors including IT, restaurant and fast-food chain, supermarket, engineering, event management pharmacy and care home industries. He has extensive experience in dealing with complex human rights applications, EU migration including EUSS Family Permit and Settled Status applications, family migration including spouse and child visas, settlement applications, naturalisation and registration applications, visit visa applications including business and permitted paid engagement visas, administrative review, deportation and complex immigration appeals, pre-action protocols and judicial review matters.
Fazle places significant importance on having excellent client care skills and finds that taking a friendly and professional approach to his clients is the key to successfully representing them.
